What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how subscriptions, cancellation and refunds work — in plain language.

Agreement

Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and VITATI360 ANALYTICS LLP (“Vitati360”, “we”, “us”). They cover vitati360.com, the Vitati360 platform at app.vitati360.com, the Vitati360 Excel add-in, and the data compendiums and custom reports we sell (together, the “Services”).
By creating an account, starting a trial, buying or using the Services you accept these terms. If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

Accounts

Give accurate details when you register and keep them current. Keep your sign-in credentials private: an account is for one person, and only one session can be active at a time.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Team owners and admins are responsible for who holds a seat on their team.
Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without permission.

Billing

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the billing period you choose and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
Payments are processed by PayPal or Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout; applicable taxes are added where required.
We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
The free trial lasts 14 days, needs a work email, and ends on its own. It never turns into a paid subscription unless you choose a plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings in the platform, or by writing to us.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

Subscription fees are not refunded for a partly used period: when you cancel, the period you paid for runs to its end instead.
A duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded in full.
If the platform is unavailable for an extended period through our fault, we will, at our discretion, either refund the affected time or extend your subscription by it.
Data compendiums and custom reports are prepared or delivered for you, so they are not refundable once delivered — unless what we deliver materially differs from what was agreed and we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, in which case we refund it.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–15 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services and their data for your organisation’s internal analysis and work product, during your subscription.
You may export data to Excel or PDF and quote limited extracts in your own reports, memos and presentations, with Vitati360 credited as the source.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the data in bulk; share your account; scrape or bulk-download the Services by automated means; reverse engineer the software; or use the data to build a competing product or dataset.

Accuracy

Our financial data is taken from companies’ own filings and published reports, and we check it against them. We still cannot guarantee that every figure is complete, current or free of error.
Each figure links to its source filing. Check the source before relying on a figure for an important decision.
Answers from AI chat are generated by a language model and can be wrong. Treat them as a starting point and verify them.
Nothing in the Services is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Decisions you make using them are your own.

Excel add-in

The Excel add-in is part of the Services and is covered by these terms. It needs a Vitati360 account with an active subscription.
Microsoft Excel itself is provided by Microsoft under Microsoft’s own terms; we are not responsible for Excel or for the Microsoft account you use it with.

Ownership

The Services — the software, the normalized data, the analysis, layouts and documentation — belong to Vitati360 or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of that ownership to you.
Information you give the Services — your watchlists, saved views and questions — stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Services to you.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, if payment fails and is not resolved, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable we will warn you first.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections on ownership, accuracy, liability and governing law continue after your account ends.

Liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties not stated in these terms.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, trading losses or lost data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

General

We may update these terms. For a material change we will give notice by email or on this site before it takes effect; continuing to use the Services afterwards means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
